Your Course Fee
The course fee covers your tuition. Please note that materials for the course are not included in the fee, unless otherwise stated. The approximate cost of materials is given in the detailed information provided for each course on our website and is also available by phone. The full course fee is payable on booking to secure your place on a course. Bookings and payment can be made online, by phone or by post. 

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to give customers some freedom to change a course booking, but we have conditions around cancellations which have an impact on other customers and our business. Please familiarise yourself with our terms of cancellation below before booking your course.  
 

Cancellation by Student

• If you have to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Your booking will be considered cancelled from the time at which you inform us of your wish to cancel.
• If, for any reason, you cancel your booking more than one calendar month before the start of the course, the course fee will be refunded.
• No refunds can be made and no transfers will be offered to those who cancel within one calendar month of the start of their workshop.
• No reductions or refunds are available to students arriving late or leaving their workshop early.

Cancellation by Casa 2 Cadiz

If a course cannot run for any Covid-19 related reason, we will immediately do everything we can to reschedule the course for a future date. If we are unable to honour your reservation due to any Spanish Government restrictions related to Covid-19, again, we will make every effort to reschedule your place to an alternative course once restrictions are lifted. 

Occasionally we may need to cancel a course due to low enrolment. In such an event, the decision to cancel will be taken no later than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the course. If your course is cancelled you can transfer to another course, subject to availability, at no extra charge, (unless the new course has a higher cost in which case you will need to pay any difference). Alternatively, a full refund of fees paid by confirmed participants can be arranged. Casa 2 Cadiz will not be held responsible for any external costs incurred by any client in preparation for a course in the event of the course being cancelled. Such costs include air fares, insurance, visa fees or car hire. Course costs, as outlined in your Booking Confirmation sent on receipt of your completed Reservation Form, do not include flights and car hire. 

If we need to cancel a course for any other reason, such as tutor illness, you will receive a full refund of your fee and be given as much notice as possible in the circumstances. We will not be held responsible for covering other expenses made, and will not reimburse for materials bought or travel or accommodation arrangements made. 

Travel Insurance

Casa 2 Cadiz recommends that all guests take out travel insurance for the duration of their booking. Participating and non-participating course guests must inform Casa 2 Cadiz, in advance, of any pre-existing health-related issues, disabilities, allergies and intolerances. Casa 2 Cadiz cannot be held liable for any such issues and clients must take their own precautions to ensure adequate cover is provided in the event of any pre-existing health-related issue.

Under 18s
Please note that our courses are designed for adults. We cannot accept bookings for people under the age of 18 without prior approval - please telephone us for details.

Change of Course Content or Tutor
Every effort will be made by the school to run courses as advertised. However, there may be occasions when the school has to change the course detail and/or tutors. If this should happen, the school reserves the right to make these changes; no reductions or refunds are available and our cancellation policy applies 

Our Food & Special Diets
For our courses, fresh ground coffee, a range of teas, water and soft drinks are provided throughout the day, along with biscuits and cookies in the morning and homemade cakes in the afternoon. Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners are organised by us and are eaten in third party establishments. As peoples’ allergies, intolerances, special diets and preferences are so many and varied, we ask that you tell us on booking if you have any special dietry requirements and we will endeavour to cater for these.

Photographs
On occasion we will take photographs of work produced in classes for promotional use on the website and in advertising. If you would rather we didn't use the photographs please tell us when you are at the school. Every effort is made not to get people in such photographs, unless explicit permission is given in advance.

Mailing List
If you provide your email address on the Subscribe Form, you consent to us transferring it to our newsletter provider. Our newsletters include school updates, course information and special offers.. You can opt out of this at any time by simply using the 'Unsubscribe' button in the newsletters or contacting us at the school. 

Payment Terms

A deposit payment of 30% of the total course course needs to be paid to confirm your place on a a course. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been paid and acknowledged with a receipt. The remaining balance will be due no later than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Late balance payments may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeit your deposit payment. For any reservations made within 4 weeks of the commencement of the course, full payment for the course will be required to confirm the booking.

Legal

By using this website and its information, you irrevocably and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this legal disclaimer and copyright notice. Casa 2 Cadiz reserves the right to change, add or remove any information presented on this website without notice. Your continued use of this website following the posting of such changes means that you accept such changes.

We may make changes to the material on this Website at any time and without notice. If you do not provide us with all the information we require, we will not be able to process your booking. By placing a booking through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Neither Casa 2 Cadiz, or its affiliates, volunteers and employees, shall be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damages however arising (whether by negligent act, omission or otherwise) out of the use of this website or any websites linked to this website.

Casa 2 Cadiz will use all reasonable endeavours to provide the services as outlined on its Website and in accordance with your instructions. Casa 2 Cadiz cannot be held liable for any errors resulting from misinformation or lack of information provided by the client. No refunds can be provided for the services provided by Casa 2 Cadiz. In the event of a complaint, a petition must first be made as soon as possible after the event in writing no later than 14 days after the incident.

Third Parties

Casa 2 Cadiz will use reasonable care when recommending any third party suppliers, but will not be in any way responsible for any contractual obligations that are made between its clients and any third party suppliers. Where recommendations are made, for example for local bed and breakfasts, you (the client) are deemed to be responsible for your own judgment as to the accuracy of such information in relation to deciding whether to enter into any contract with any third party for the supply of services or sale of goods. If, as a result of an introduction made via the Casa 2 Cadiz Website you enter into a contract with a third party, then your contract for the purchase of products or services is made with the relevant supplier only.  Casa 2 Cadiz will not be responsible for products and services offered by a third party by way of a recommendation through the Casa 2 Cadiz Website.  You agree that any contract entered into by you with any of the suppliers is an independent contract.

Casa 2 Cadiz accepts no liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the Website or any failure to complete a transaction. Casa 2 Cadiz shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from requests or instructions supplied by you which are incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival. 

To book a place, or to purchase fromour shop, you must follow the online purchasing procedure and click on "Authorise payment".

If you detect an error in your order or booking after the completion of the payment process, you should immediately contact our customer service department via the telephone number 0044 (0) 7904 449 599 or 0034 636478615 or the e-mail address info@casa2cadiz.com to rectify the error. 

Unless there are circumstances arising from the customisation of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, we will send you the order containing the product(s) listed in each Shipping Confirmation within the period indicated on the website, according to the shipping method selected and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of either proceeding with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid. 

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, it will be understood that the “delivery” has taken place or that the order has been “delivered” at the time you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, signing to confirm receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to drop it off. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will also leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to have it resent to you. If you are not going to be at the delivery location at the time of delivery, please contact us to arrange for the delivery to be made on another day. In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it terminated. Following the termination of the contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay, and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract to be terminated. Please note that the transport arising from the termination may incur an additional cost, and we will therefore have the right to charge you for the corresponding costs. 

Product risks shall be your responsibility from the moment of delivery or purchase for in-house sales (bought on the premises of Casa 2 Cadiz). You will acquire ownership of the products when we receive payment in full for all amounts owed in relation to said products and shipping costs if required. Casa 2 Cadiz will not be held liable for any accidental harm or damage caused by any product after the moment of purchase.
